These terms and conditions of use are in addition to the license agreement you must agree to before you install any MLtek Limited product. If any section of these Terms and Conditions conflict with a specific software products license agreement or terms of use then it shall be entirely at the discretion of MLtek Limited which will take precedence.

By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

2. Use License

You agree that in this instance your remedy is to seek redress with the provider of the underlying software layer. You agree to maintain up to date backups of any data that our products interact with and are prepared to restore them to your live system to rectify any issues which may occur. You agree to not hold MLtek Limited or any other related parties liable for any damages how so ever caused resulting from the use of one of our software products.

4. Limitations

In no event shall MLtek Limited or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on MLtek Limited Internet site, even if MLtek Limited or a MLtek Limited authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

9. Purchasing

MLtek Limited may at their discretion extend payment terms to customers, reseller or distributors. If such payment terms are extended they will be extended in writing and can be withdrawn at the discretion of MLtek Limited at any time. If such payment terms are withdrawn then any amounts owing under such payment terms will become due for payment with immediate effect.

Once a license code has been generated and issued to a customer, reseller or distributor then any associated order cannot be canceled for any reason. MLtek Limited software is designed to work in highly secure environments and as such does not include any kind of call home feature, as such once issued MLtek Limited have no way of canceling a license code.
